How to apply eye black on thick and short eyelashes?
1. First, use an eyelash curler to curl the eyelashes. Then, apply mascara primer to a brush and, following a “Z” pattern, brush from the base of the eyelashes towards the tip, ensuring an even layer of mascara primer.
It is best not to apply the primer more than three times, otherwise it will be difficult to fully coat the black eye black. After applying, let it dry for about 30 seconds until the primer is semi-dry, and then apply a layer of black eye black. The primer can help keep the eyelash makeup longer and make the eye black less prone to smudging.
